2.1 By DrugDev Ltd

The personal information will be available to DrugDev Limited, a UK subsidiary of DrugDev Inc, which may in turn make such information available to its clients which are involved in pharmaceutical trials (such as pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations and clinical research associates) or to its affiliates so that they may make such information available to their respective clients which are involved in pharmaceutical trials.
